This project consists of the construction of a new gatehouse to replace an existing gatehouse. Included adjacent planter and screen walls, concrete foundation, framing, thermal and moisture protection, windows, doors, and related hardware, exterior and interior finishes, casework, interior, and exterior lighting, HVAC system, all final electrical power wiring, mechanical, plumbing and irrigation connections for the new gatehouse. Conduits for low voltage connections within the perimeter of the new gatehouse.
